UC-Housing focuses on providing students, interns, workers, and renters with affordable and efficient living arrangements throughout San Diego, Los Angeles, and Irvine. We are a private housing company that offers beautifully furnished apartments that are located in safe, clean, and convenient locations. 



UC-Housing offers renters a variety of options for housing. Our 1-3 bedroom apartments rent by the bed, so you won’t be responsible for renting an apartment unit alone unless you choose to do so. Rest assured, our progressive roommate matching techniques will find compatible roommates to share the apartment with you.

How We Started



UC-Housing began with the realization that a student/renter, in search of housing, struggles in various ways, which could potentially lead to undesirable living situations and overpriced contracts. Our main goal is to provide easy and efficient access to housing opportunities, amenities, and services to students/renters.  Although we dedicate much of our resources towards housing students from America, we specialize in housing international/foreign students and interns from all around the world.
