Please Note: If you are moving out, we must receive this completed form within at least 72 hours prior to your move-out date. Also remember that most damages occur when tenants are moving in and out of their apartments; therefore, requesting for security deposits to be returned prior to your move-out date may not be approved unless you are an international student with proof of departure.
